Phil John (born 25 April 1981) is a Welsh rugby union footballer who currently plays at prop for the Scarlets regional side in the RaboDirect Pro12.
John was born in Gorseinon. He is the only player in the current Scarlets team which was part of the team that won the Celtic league in 2004. He is also the oldest member of the Scarlets squad at 34 years old.
