Philip Cummins
Philip Cummins AM[1] is an Australian lawyer and former judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria.[2] Cummins was the presiding judge in the Silk–Miller murders and Death of Daniel Valerio trials.[3] As of 2014 Cummins is the chairperson of the Victorian Law Reform Commission.[4]
