The Phillips Beth Israel School of Nursing was founded in 1902 and chartered by the New York Board of Regents in 1904.[1]
It has been located at 776 Avenue of the Americas (6th Avenue) in Manhattan, NY since a move in 2005 from 310 East 22nd Street.[2]
Academics
The school offers an AAS in Nursing, accredited by ACEN. The school also offers an RN-BSN program, with an accelerated BSN program in development. The school is seeking CCNE accreditation, with a site visit planned in March, 2016.
Dr. Todd F. Ambrosia replaced Dr. Janet Mackin as Dean in 2015.
