Phlyctimantis keithae is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is endemic to Tanzania. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, intermittent freshwater marshes, heavily degraded former forest, and ponds. It is threatened by habitat loss.
