Phoebe Eclair-Powell is a British playwright from South-East London.[1] She studied at Oxford University.[2] Her plays include WINK (Theatre503) and One Under (Pleasance Below).[3] As an actress, she appeared in Peckham: The Soap Opera at the Royal Court.[4]

Eclair-Powell's mother is comedian Jenny Eclair.[5]
