Phrixocrita is a genus of moth in the family Gelechiidae. It contains the species Phrixocrita aegidopis, which is found in Taiwan.[1]
The wingspan is about 23 mm. The forewings are brown, closely and irregularly strewn short transverse dark brown strigulae. The hindwings are pale glossy greyish-ochreous, the greyer scale-tips forming a fine transverse striolation.
The larvae have been recorded feeding on Hibiscus rosa-sinensis.[2]
