Phrynobatrachus dalcqi is a species of frog in the Phrynobatrachidae family. It is endemic to Democratic Republic of the Congo. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, swamps, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marshes.
