Phtheochroa krulikowskiji is a species of moth of the Tortricidae family. It is found in Russia,[2] Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia.[3]

The wingspan is 17–20 mm. Adults have been recorded on wing from August to October.[4]

The larvae feed on Nanophyton caspicum.
