Physical effect
Physical effect may refer to:
- a named phenomenon within the field of physics, such as the Doppler effect or the Photoelectric effect,
- more generally, any consequence of some cause which is related to the material world (physis),
- in medicine, a change in the functioning of the body, as opposed to psychological or emotional effects, e.g. as a result of a disease, treatment or drug intake,
- a certain type of special effect.
