Pinecrest Bible Training Center
Pinecrest Bible Training Center is an interdenominational, unaccredited, three-year Bible school located in Chesapeake, Virginia.
History
Pinecrest Bible Training Center was founded by Wade Taylor in 1968 as a school that emphasized the manifest presence of God. Located in Salisbury Center, NY, Pinecrest welcomed students from all over the country and world for over 40 years.
In 2010, while still retaining the legal name, Pinecrest Bible Training Center began doing business as Bethany Bible Training Center. It was stated that the new name better represented the school's new vision and message, and that the former name Pinecrest no longer fit the new direction and purpose.
In August 2013, the new Bethany school was moved to Virginia.
