Platyptilia ainonis is a moth of the Pterophoridae family. It is known from Japan (Hokkaido, Honshu),[1] Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.[2]
The length of the forewings is 10–12 mm.[3]
The larvae probably feed on Anaphalis margaritacea.
