Platytes vobisne is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Dyar in 1920.[1] It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.[2] The habitat consists of grasslands.

The wingspan is 12–13 mm. The forewings are dark silver with dark brown lines. The hindwings are also dark silver. Adults have been recorded on wing from May to July.

The larvae probably feed on grass species.[3]
