Plectrohyla miahuatlanensis is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is endemic to Mexico and only known from its type locality near Candelaria Loxicha on the Sierra de Miahuatlán (part of Sierra Madre del Sur) in Oaxaca.[3] Its habitat is mesic pine-oak forest; a single female frog was found inactive between the leaves of an arboreal bromeliad.[1]
