Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland (Polish: Ministerstwo Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego) was formed on 31 October 2005, from transformation of Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Poland.

The ministry is concerned with various aspects of Polish culture.

The ministry can trace its history to 1944.

The current minister is Piotr Gliński.
