Polistes crinitus is species of paper wasp most commonly found on Hispaniola, Jamaica and other small Caribbean islands.[1] Subspecies of P. crinitus include Polistes crinitus crinitus, Polistes crinitus americanus, and Polistes crinitus multicolor.
