Polychronis Tzortzakis (Greek: Πολυχρόνης Τζωρτζάκης, born January 3, 1989 in Chania) is a Greek road and track cyclist. Representing Greece, he competed in the team pursuit event at the 2010 and 2011 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.[1] [2]
