Polygrammodes leptorrhapta is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1936.[1] It is found in the Democratic Republic of Congo (Bas Congo, Katanga, West Kasai, Kinshasa).
The larvae feed on Stereospermum kunthianum.[2]
