Pont Rug (Halt) railway station

Pont Rug was a railway station located to the east of Caernarfon, Gwynedd, where the A4086 road crosses the Afon Seiont. The station opened in 1880 [1] and was closed for regular passenger services in 1930 but freight trains passed through until the line closed in December 1964.
