Poornalu is the traditional sweet in the Telugu festivals.[1] It is made of rice flour stuffed with jaggery mixed dal paste, dry fruits. It is often served hot with ghee. It is called as Poornalu in Telangana State [2] and Boorelu in Andhra Pradesh.
