Power Engineering International (PEi) is a magazine and website dedicated to professionals in the global electric power generation and transmission industry.

Part of the Pennwell stable of energy publications, PEi is produced at Waltham Abbey, Greater London in the UK and is not to be confused with sister publication Power Engineering, which is primarily focused on the North American power sector.

PEi is largely devoted to the power sector in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East and the rest of the world.

With worldwide circulation, the print version of the publication is the leading magazine for the global electric power generation and transmission industry. PEi provides articles on new technologies and installations as well as market reports, news, commentary and analysis. It also produces a biweekly newsletter for the electricity market as well as a Spanish language supplement, Potencia, for South America's power industry.

The website provides daily articles covering all sectors under the power umbrella, including coal-fired, gas-fired, nuclear, wind, solar and marine power generation. The site also has a rich archive containing magazine articles stretching back over twenty years.

It also hosts a blog, called Inside Power and a weekly newscast and associated social media.

PEi is part of PennWell's Global Energy Group which includes the magazines Power Engineering, Electric Light & Power, and Utility Automation.

PennWell is also presenter of the industry's leading conferences POWER-GEN International, POWER-GEN Europe, POWER-GEN Asia, POWER-GEN Middle East, Russia Power, China Power, and DistribuTECH.
