Pozezdrze [pɔˈzɛzdʐɛ] (German: Possessern, from 1938-45 Großgarten) is a village in Węgorzewo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Pozezdrze.[1] It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of Węgorzewo and 98 km (61 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
The village has a population of 1,320.
