Prabumulih is a city in South Sumatra, Indonesia. It has an area of 435.10 km² and a population of 132,065. Geographically, this city is located at 3°25′58″S 104°14′8″E in the heart of the province.

Economy

Prabumulih is one of main producers of crude oil and natural gas in South Sumatra. The town is known as "kota nanas" (Pineapple Town) because this town is known as pineapple producer in the region.
