Prakash Babanna Hukkeri (Kannada:ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ಹುಕ್ಕೇರಿ) is a member of the 16th Lok Sabha and represents the Chikkodi constituency.^[1] He is a member of the Indian National Congress. He was a member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly,^[2] the minister for Small scale Industries, Sugar and Endowments and the minister in charge for Haveri District in the Government of Karnataka .

He was elected to Karnataka Legislative Assembly in the 2013 election from Chikkodi-Sadalga constituency with 1,02,237 votes.^[1]^[2] He also won in 2008 assembly elections from the same constituency.^[3]
