Prakash Higher Secondary School is a co-educational school in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India established in 1971. It is run by Prakash Trust, a registered public educational trust under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1956. The school is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) - New Delhi. It prepares students for the All India Secondary School Examination at the end of Class X, and the All India Senior Secondary Certificate Examination at the end of Class XII in Science and Commerce group of subjects. It is one of the best private schools in Ahmedabad. The current principal of the school is Mr. Hemant.J. Shah.the school has thriving increase in its ranks from second to the number one school in CBSE schools in ahmrdabad

The School completed 40 Years in 2011 at its new premises. Earlier the school was situated near Gujarat College, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad.

The infrastructure includes library, laboratory, play area, computer lab, auditorium and seminar hall.

The 'Veena' and the Pustak (book) represents the Goddess of knowledge -Goddess Saraswati. The flame symbolizes the Light. In the aura of this light, the circular aura represents the integrated education in which one sees the name of the institution. The logo is completed in its one liner key prayer at the bottom: 'Lead us from Untrue to Truth.' As per the members of the Prakash Trust, the logo conveys symbolically all for which 'Prakash' stands and works for.
