Pratibha Sinha (born 4 July 1969) is a Nepali language speaking Indian Gorkha actress working in Bollywood movies and the daughter of Mala Sinha,[1] a formerly popular Bollywood actress. She made her film debut opposite Sujoy Mukherjee (son of 1960s star Joy Mukherjee) in the 1992 film Mehboob Meri Mehboob. She is mostly remembered for dance performance in the 1996 blockbuster Raja Hindustani in the song "Pardesi Pardesi". She quit acting in 2000 and has not been acting since. Pratibha Sinha is of Indian Gorkha ethnicity, born to a Nepali citizen father C.P. Lohani, who is Nepalese actor and business man from Kathmandu, Nepal and a Indian Gorkha mother Mala Sinha.
