Accidents and incidents
- 18 May 1951: VASP, a Douglas C-47B-45-DK registration PP-SPL en route from Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo to Presidente Prudente, hit high ground while flying in bad weather. All 6 passengers and crew died.[4]
