Priscilla Corner

Priscilla Corner is an Indian hair stylist – a well known Style and Beauty Guru. She is one of the managing partners of the Salon June Tomkyns in Kolkata, a celebrated jazz[1] artist[2] and a poet.
Early life
She was born in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh as the eldest daughter of renowned entrepreneur June Tomkyns. She studied in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sagar till Class VII. From class VII to XII she was in Park English School, Kolkata. She finished her studies with distinction and was school athletics champion.
Personal life
Her father, Colonel J.J. Jones was an army service personnel where he retired as colonel. She has four sisters & one brother. She is married with two children named Robin Corner and Sarah corner.
Career
Priscilla Corner is one of the managing partner of June Tomkyns chain of salons . Priscilla is a member of prestigious International Hair Coiffure Mundial . She is the official beauty and hair columnist of The Telegraph newspaper (Kolkata),[3] has written columns for Femina magazine, Good Housekeeping . Priscilla is the Eastern Region head hair expert of Fiama Di Wills brand[4] and a member of United Kingdom State Registered Hairdresser Federation of London. Priscilla has also been an active member of FICCI FLO, Kolkata Chapter.
Education
Priscilla Corner had completed her 12th Standard board exam from Park English School in the year 1977. She also did Baccalaureate course in middle level English literature from Oxford University London. Priscilla had completed Toni and Guy classic cut hair course in Australia 2005 and the Toni & Guy Education Academy Hair Diploma June 2010. She had participated in the Wella Sasson Academy, Delhi course on hair 2011 . Priscilla has a certificate in aromatherapy from Indian Institute of Aromatherapy Natural Care 2013. She has taken part in the International Master Class in Hair from Wella (Germany) 2013.
Achievements
She has styled many celebrities actors actresses including Riya Sen, Raima Sen, Churni Ganguly, Rituparna Sengupta. She has written poetry, which has been published in An Anthology of Anglo-Indian Prose and Poetry.[5] Priscilla Corner has worked as a playback singer in Bollywood movie Prem Aggan.[6]
