Pristimantis walkeri is a species of frog in the Craugastoridae family. It is endemic to Ecuador. Its natural habitats are tropical dry forests, moist lowland forests, moist montane forests, plantations, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
