Proforma is an American franchise company that provides services for companies such as commercial print and promotional products. Proforma was founded by Greg Muzzillo and the current CEO is Vera Muzzillo, his wife. Proforma has a network of over 750 franchises located in North America and Europe and serves over 50,000 clients. Proforma is also a Certified Woman owned business.

History

Greg Muzzillo co-founded Proforma in 1978. Within one year, the business they started with $200 had sales of $250,000. By 1982, their sales were $1 million and it was named in successive years in Inc. Magazine's 500 Fastest Growing Companies - the only company in the business forms industry to make the list twice. In 1986, Muzzillo developed Proforma into a franchise model. In 2001, Vera Muzzillo joined Proforma as Co-CEO. In 2009, Vera Muzzillo was named CEO of Proforma and Greg Muzzillo remained as the Founder. In 2012, Proforma was recognized as Top 10 "Best Place to Work" by Counselor magazine.
