The Justice Party is a social-democratic political party in South Korea. It was founded on 21 October 2012 as a split off from the Unified Progressive Party

History

The party changed its name from "Progressive Justice Party" to "Justice Party" at the 2nd party congress on 16 July 2013.[4] At the 4th party congress on 22 November 2015, The party merged with extra-parliamentary parties Progressive+, People's Meeting and Labor Politics Coalition, and elected Sim Sang-jung as the party leader.[5]
