Prolintas or Projek Lintasan Kota Holdings Sdn Bhd is the second largest Highway Concessionaries or Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) operator company in Malaysia after PLUS Expressways. Prolintas is wholly owned by Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB).

The company was founded in 1995 known as Projek Lintasan Kota Sdn Bhd (PLKSB).
