Pseudagrion hamoni is a species of damselfly in the family Coenagrionidae. It is found in Algeria, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, the Republic of the Congo, Ivory Coast, Egypt, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Libya, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and possibly Burundi. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, and rivers.
