Pterostylis recurva is a species of orchid endemic to west-southwestern and Southwest Australia.

Pterostylis recurva is a perennial herb. It flowers in early spring during August - October. The flowers are striped green and white, the perianth forms a hollow tube with a hinged lip, characteristic of Pterostylis. The relatively large size of the flowers and their distinctive shape gives them the common name of 'Jug Orchids'.
It is known to occur in sand, clay, laterite and gravel soils.
