Puka Qaqa Punta[1] or Puka Qaqa[3] (Quechua puka red, qaqa rock, "red rock", punta peak; ridge; first, before, in front of,[4][5][6] hispanicized spelling Pucagaga Punta, Pucagaga) is a mountain in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru, about 5,400 metres (17,717 ft) high. It is situated in the Ancash Region, Huaraz Province, Independencia District, northeast of Huaraz.[1] Puka Qaqa Punta lies south of Ranrapallqa, next to Churup, northeast of it.
