Pulla Reddy Sweets is a popular pure ghee Indian sweets and snacks manufacturer based in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, has chain of retail sweet shop outlets in Hyderabad and Kurnool, which were started by G. Pulla Reddy.
History
G. Pullareddy began selling his sweets (Burfi) in 1948, when aged 28, using a small cart in Kurnool which was the erstwhile capital of Andhra Pradesh. The business grew, spreading from the lanes of Kurnool to eventually encompass several shops in India. He opened shops in many US cities, including New York, California and Charlotte.
