Puppy Love is a British comedy television series broadcast on BBC Four. The first episode was shown on 13 November 2014. It is written by Joanna Scanlan and Vicki Pepperdine, co-creators of Getting On. Puppy Love follows two women at dog training classes on the Wirral.[1]

Production
On 9 July 2013 Shane Allen, the controller of BBC comedy commissioning, announced the series along with the second series of Count Arthur Strong.[1][2] The series was commissioned by Shane Allen and Janice Hadlow.[1] Shane Allen said: "Puppy Love both celebrates and sends up the deeply held relationship between dogs and their owners. This is a real passion piece from Jo and Vicki who have yet again succeeded in creating a wonderful set of characters."[1]

Rivalries flair when Naomi Singh enrols unruly Golden Retriever pup, Charlie into Nana V's classes.
Episode Two (Thursday 20 November 2014)
Nana V and Super Intendant Gerry Hooper plan to run a Canine Responsibility Awareness Community Day, in which Nana V will lead a special hazards class for new puppies.
Episode Three (Thursday 27 November 2014)
Naomi steps in to join a team competing in the West Kirby Sailing Club's Wilson Trophy.
Episode Four (Thursday 4 December 2014)
It's a big day for Naomi. Jepherson Denomer, a trustee from the charity she works for, is coming on a fact-finding visit.
Episode Five (Thursday 11 December 2014)
Nana V has arranged some potholing work for her long-lost brother Fatdraic.
Episode Six (Thursday 18 December 2014)
Naomi has to pack up her home to cope with subsidence and is soon dealing with difficult Polish builders demanding money.
