Putri salju cake

Putri salju cake is a kind of pastry from Indonesia which is crescent-shaped and topped with powdered sugar covered like snow. Putri salju cake made from flour, cornstarch, butter and egg yolks which is baked in the oven. The cake is much-loved by the Indonesian people.[1]

Putri salju cake is usually a typical dish on holidays, such as Eid, Christmas and Chinese New Year. Putri salju cake is usually sold in plastic jars in bakeries, pastry shops, and supermarkets.
