Qarwaqucha (Quechua qarwa leaf worm, larva of a beetle / pale / yellowish / golden,[2] qucha lake,[3] hispanicized spelling Carhuacocha) is a lake in Peru located in the Huánuco Region, Lauricocha Province, San Miguel de Cauri District. It lies south of the lake Lawriqucha, between the lake T'inkiqucha in the west and Qiwllaqucha (Quechua for "gull lake", hispanicized Quiulacocha) in the east, northeast of the Rawra mountain range.
