Quintin McKellar CBE is a British veterinary surgeon and academic. Since January 2011 he has been vice-chancellor of the University of Hertfordshire.[1]

Education and Career

From 2004 he was principal of the Royal Veterinary College (RVC) of the University of London, a position which he held for six years.[2] His research interests are in the pharmacology of anti-infective and anti-inflammatory drugs in domestic animals, and he is widely published.[3]

McKellar was appointed CBE in 2010 for his services to science, during his tenure as principal of the Royal Veterinary College.[4]

He is currently an elected member of the UK Board of Universities UK.[5]

He earns over £300,000 a year. [6]
