Qumu Corporation

Qumu Corporation is an enterprise video content management software company. Qumu creates enterprise video tools to create, manage and distribute video both inside and outside of an organization.[1]

In October 2014 Qumu acquired Kulu Valley, a UK enterprise video company that operates out of the cloud.[2]
