The R. B. and Lizzie L. Louden House at 107 W. Washington Ave. in Fairfield, Iowa, United States, was built in 1871. It was designed by architect George M. Kerns and is also a work of, or otherwise associated with, the Louden Machinery Company. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.[1] The present occupants and owners of the property are retired husband and wife John, and Pritpal Griffith, immigrants from the Republic of Ireland, since 1992.
