RABQSA International

Exemplar Global Incorporated, formerly known as RABQSA is an international not-for-profit organization with charitable status in Australia. Exemplar Global provide professional credentialing programs and training certification programs. They give professionals with credentials of their competence and capability through a personnel certification beyond the attainment of a certificate of training. Exemplar Global was created in 2004 from the acquisition of the personnel certification activities of United States of America-based Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB) by Australia-based Quality Society of Australasia (QSA). Exemplar Global has offices in Milwaukee, Sydney, Seoul plus international partnerships. Its business includes a number of distinct business divisions; Certification Services, College(Continual Professional Development activity for customers), Gratiis to support its charitable work, Laureate that supports the advancement of the communities it works in and iNARTE that supports the personnel certification of engineers and technicians. Exemplar Global is a wholly owned independent subsidiary of ASQ (formerly known American Society Quality).

Personnel Certification

Personnel certification provides confidence that certified professionals such as auditors, engineers have demonstrated the specific competencies defined by industry as requirements for these professionals who work in each industry sector. To achieve this, Exemplar Global examines the auditor's knowledge, skills, personal attributes and qualifications specific to the program (scheme) and/or scope of certification. Exemplar Global has personnel certification programs for:

Training Certification

Exemplar Global certifies non degree training based on a series of criteria to allow training providers to offer either certified training courses that have gained industry recognition (e.g. QMS Lead Auditor), but also to certify their own courses design framework meet international best practice aligned to ISO29990.

Credentialing Management

Exemplar Global offers credentialing services for other organizations or associations who do not have the infrastructure to automate the application, approval and issue of a certification (beyond the attainment of a certificate of training) to their members, clients..

Design and Build Personnel Certifications

Exemplar Global designs and builds industry or market specific personnel certification programs. This service can include a feasibility study to determine the acceptance of a certification program. Programs are managed by Exemplar Global with a dedicated program committee made up of key stakeholders. Exemplar Global also build examinations required to support the certification.
