RNDeer, is an American website headquartered in Charlottesville, VA.[1] The website was founded by David Paxton, a business student at the University of Virginia on February 6, 2013. The website focuses on helping nursing students to find jobs.
Format
RNDeer consists of a database with over 600 nursing jobs and residency programs organized by location from all 50 US states. The database is an aggregation of information from hundreds of American hospitals. Users have the ability to browse hospitals and retrieve links to hospitals' websites, hospitals' phone numbers, application requirements, and application deadlines for particular programs.
