Rabindra Prasad Adhikari is a Nepalese politician, belonging to the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist). He is the Kaski District secretary of the party.[1] In the 2008 Constituent Assembly election he was elected from the Kaski-3 constituency, winning 13386 votes.[2]
