Radovan Gajić

Radovan Gajić (Serbian Cyrillic: Paдoвaн Гајић) is a Serbian[1] poet, writer, and superintendent of a rental building.

Radovan was born in 1953 in Knin, SR Croatia, SFR Yugoslavia. He graduated from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Philosophy, where he was awarded a degree in Art History. In 1985, he moved to Canada. Gajić has written many books in Serbo-Croatian, translated into English. His works include Rains of Kosovo (1989, reprinted 1998), The Damned Boatman of the Danube (1990) and The Hostage of T. City, which was his first book published in English. Gajić was featured on an episode of White Pine Picture's series A Scattering of Seeds in 1998, airing in 2001.
