Rafael Salguero Sandoval (born 3 December 1946) is a Guatemalan football administrator, a member of the FIFA Executive Committee.
Rafael Salguero was born on 28 November 1946.[1]
Salguero has been a FIFA Executive Committee member since 2007.[1]
