Ra'fat Ali Jabr (born 20 May 1975) is a retired Jordanian football player of Palestinian origin, who played as an attacking midfielder for Al-Wahdat SC.

To many fans of Al-Wahdat, he is known as (Arabic:"الفنان") "Al-Fanan" and Picasso due to his great performances, assists, and goal scoring record.
