Ragnastrike Angels (ラグナストライクエンジェルズ Raguna Sutoraiku Enjeruzu) is a Japanese short anime series airing on TV consisting of 12, 30 seconds long episodes airing from April 3, 2016 to June 2016, based on video game slated for release in summer.

Plot

The plot due to the 30 seconds length of the anime is rather brief however the series follows the story of fighting girls whose size can increase to 38 meters (125 feet) tall.

Ayano Anemori (姉守 綾乃 Anemori Ayano)
Voiced by: Tomoyo Kurosawa
The protagonist of the series, she is a spoiled child whom would rather not leave the comfort of her house. However, she has a strong sense of justice that drives her to fight the 'Fiarem' to protect the world.
Moka Mihime (美姫 もか Mihime Moka)
Voiced by: Inori Minase
An innocent child whom acts like a mascot and liked by everyone like a little sister. She is into Cosplay.
Nagisa Nanami (那波 ナギサ Nanami Nagisa)
Voiced by: Ayane Sakura
Izuki Kanomiya (華ノ宮 伊月 Kanomiya Izuki)
Voiced by: Maaya Uchida
The prestigious only daughter of "Miyake Hanako". She behaves like a noble lady and believes herself to be the best. She is also curious about the lives of ordinary people.
Hinata Tōjō (東条 ひなた Tōjō Hinata)
Voiced by: Mai Fuchigami
Unfussy as can be, her personality is like the warm sun. She is good at housework, but plagues her teammates with her creative cuisine. She also sometimes goes on a dialogue of imagination.
Kasumi Barnette Midō (御堂 かすみ バーネット Midō Kasumi Bānetto)
Voiced by: Aoi Yūki
Former military whose 'giant experiment' ended in failure, causing her to gain the appearance of an 14-year-old, because of the recession phenomenon. She hates it when her teammates treat her like a child. Additionally, she also dislikes their lack of discipline.

Development

The series was made by Satelight, was produced by Aniplex and Dingo Inc. as the original creators and DMM as distributor of the game. Voice actress Tomoyo Kurosawa as protagonist Ayano Anemori will sing the theme song "Kizuna no Chikara" (絆のチカラ).[1]

The episode starts with a starry sky with a comet flying across It and the sound of it striking the ground can be heard. Out of it rises a giant black knight looking figure in wielding a giant black lance. The protagonist 'Ayano Anemori' is then shown before speaking the word "Fiarem" as she gazes upon hundreds of these comets striking the ground causing explosions. A comet then lands a few meters in front of her causing an explosion and a pendant above her ear to start glowing. She turns around to talks to a figure unseen by the viewer. 
2 "Madoromi no Kotatsu" (まどろみの炬燵) April 10, 2016
The episode begins in a command room reporting that a 'Fiarem' has been spotted and that they need to contact one of the fighting girls. It cuts to the girl however she is half-asleep underneath her kotatsu. Her feet our outside of the kotatsu making her cold so she tucks her feet in however this makes her too hot. She then precedes to remove her socks which according to her 'feels good'. The observer reports to her clearly agitated commander that she is asleep. 
3 "Attakain desu" (あったかいんです) April 17, 2016
4 "Ayano, ikimasu!" (綾乃、いきます!) April 24, 2016
Kasumi arrives in the command room with Ayano and Hinata, having woken them up by her by hitting them on the head. The commander tells Ayano to get ready for for an emergency dispatch. Ayano then moves to a platform while complaining, but before she can finish the platform opens causing her to fall. She lands in a giant bath while a device called the 'Deva System' appears above her and fires a laser at her. She then emerges from the bath as a giantess and stretches her body. 

Video games

The anime is based on a "3D real-time battle action game" for iOS, Android, and PC. Players assume the role of a special commander of the girls' Ragnastrikers unit to fight the mysterious enemy Fiaremu. The game is slated for release this summer.[1]
