Rahman Hallaçi (born 12 November 1983 in Kukës) is an Albanian footballer who plays as a defender for Kukësi in Albanian Superliga.
Club career
He played 4 matches for Vllaznia Shkodër in the 2009–10 UEFA Europa League.[1]
In 2010, Hallaçi signed with Tirana for the 2010–11 season, where he made only four appearances.[2]
International career
He was part of the Albania national football team during the 2008 UEFA European Cup qualifications, but he did not make a debut.[3]
