Rahmatullo Fuzailov (born 16 September 1978) is a Tajikistan footballer currently playing for Vakhsh Qurghonteppa as a defender.
Started his professional career as player of Tajik and Uzbek clubs, in 2000 moved to FC Shinnik Yaroslavl from Russian First Division. After playing for 7 years in different Russian clubs, in 2007 he returned to Dushanbe due to personal problems. During 2008 winter he returned to Russian First Division, but in the summer transfer window returned to Dushanbe to play for Energetik.
He is a member of the Tajikistan national football team.
His older brother Khakim Fuzailov also played football professionally.
